In years past, our family has enjoyed participating in and being an audience member of the PASACAT Parol Festival!
PASACAT stands for Philippine-American Society and Cultural Arts Troupe. They have been sharing the FIlipino culture through music and dance in San Diego county for years! My little brother used to dance with them when he was in high school and PASACAT used to do cultural workshops with my students when I was a teacher. I love what they do and I know you will to!
