Celebrate Fall with the Exclusive Harvest Wine at Seasons 52

There's nothing like a sweet wine to pick up your spirits after a tough day at work.

Back for the second year, Seasons 52 will be offering Harvest Wine, available for a limited time (until it runs out!) in the San Diego Seaport location.

Extremely popular in Europe, half-fermented Harvest Wine lies between a fully fermented wine and grape juice. This wine has hints of pink grapefruit mingled with flavors of white nectarine, passion fruit and lime zest. I fell in love with first sip, googled the wine, only to find out it's sold out so...Seasons 52 is the only spot to savor this wine!

During the process, in this case with a Sauvignon Blanc from the Mauritson vineyards in California, the wine loses some of the acidity it’s known for. The acidity maintained makes this wine great for pairing with dishes such as seafood and spicy or salty dishes.  We had the Lobster Flatbread, Duck Wing "Lollipops", Blistered Shishito Peppers, and the Seared Scallops which was all delicious next to the Harvest Wine.

Available for only a few weeks, Seasons 52 is the only restaurant in the U.S. to introduce Harvest Wine.

Cheers to Fall!
